The Key Rules

Randomness: Each mystery box in a series contains one random item from a set. The odds of getting any specific item are not always equal.
Set Series: Mystery boxes are sold in "series" or "collections," usually containing between 6 different standard designs.
Secret Rare Items: Most series include one or two ultra-rare Panda Agarwood Pedestal . These have a much lower probability (e.g., 1 in 10 boxes) and are highly desired by collectors.
No Returns/Exchanges: Because the item is random, you typically cannot return or exchange an opened blind box if you don't like the product.
Trading: The unofficial but very important rule among collectors is to trade duplicates with each other to complete their collections without having to buy excessive numbers of boxes.
